---I use two shuttles to weave these patterned rugs. This one is one of a series of experimental rugs I've been working on that uses contrasting fabrics to form shapes and patterns; I call this one MOUNTAIN-"SIDE". Small knots form where the shuttles meet at the color change, further accenting the pattern.
The main color is a beautiful, deep, rich purple and I used a print of lilacs on black for the accent color. I really like the way this turned out.
The warp strings are black and white stripes ending in fringe of the same colors.
Very eye catching!
This rug can be replicated in colors of your choosing. Just ask!
