This hat is hand made with felt and stuffed for extra support with an easy to tie ribbon. Pom pom colors on hat may vary. If you would like an adjustable strap instead of the tie ribbon just leave a note in the buyers notes.
This hat will be sturdy since it's filled with STUFFING and creates a great platform to sit on top of a very happy birthday girl or boy!
Customize! ! ! ! Check out the Chart on picture 4of color options. What color do you want the hat? What color do you want the cupcake? If you leave no directions in the buyers notes than it will be made how it is in the picture.
