RUSTIC TIVOLI TABLE
(custom, made-to-order)
As featured in Apartment Therapy's Re-Nest blog post "10 Furniture Makers Keeping Woodworking Alive" (September 2011) : http://tinyurl.com/3kxrnl9
This table lives at our local farm animal sanctuary. We built it and offered it as a gift to a cause we support and believe in.
Handcrafted from solid, salvaged catalpa wood and finished with many handrubbed coats of pure tung oil. Its elegant beauty will withstand heavy traffic and harsh outdoor conditions for many years to come.
We can make a similar table to your specifications, from pine, black walnut, American cherry, maple, or catalpa. Black locust is sometimes also available.
The perfect table for celebrating with a few friends, or for more intimate dining between two.
MATCHING BENCHES
The picnic-style table works best with benches along either side. We can make matching benches at your request.
PRICING
The price listed for this table is based on a 5.5' long, 30" wide (at widest point), 30" tall table made of hard to find furniture-grade salvaged catalpa.
Final cost will vary based on your specified dimensions and choice of wood.
Send us a note through our custom orders link, and we'll work with you to create the outdoor dining table you desire.
SHIPPING
We work shipping out on an individual basis. We will deliver free to some areas of NY, but shipping costs vary widely outside of that.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All of our products are one-of-a-kind and handmade in our small studio in Woodstock, NY. We use only locally and sustainably harvested or salvaged American hardwoods, and natural, organic, food safe finishes. The hardwoods we choose contain beautiful, naturally occurring figurations that add to the unique loveliness of each piece.
SUPPORTING THE CATSKILLS
We support Catskill Mountainkeeper, a non-profit grassroots advocacy organization dedicated to preserving the six counties of the Catskill region. We have pledged to donate a portion of our sales to Catskill Mountainkeeper in an effort to give something back to the wilderness that supports our work and our lives.
