What makes these undies special? First, there is no elastic involved. The waist and legs are finished with bands of cotton/ lycra fabric which holds the undies comfortably in place. The undies are made with a child in mind, so the style is modern yet modest. Using a variety of knit scraps makes these a fun, economical sewing project. Since you only need a little bit of fabric for each pair, this is a great way to repurpose outgrown tees, too!
