Why would someone want to do that? -- Stinging Nettles are rich in vitamins A, E, and K as well as various minerals that are absolved by the skin. Combined with the vitamins found in Olive and Sunflower oils, it makes for a wonderful soap!
This bar of soap weighs 118 grams or just over 4 oz.

Sunflower oil contains high levels of vitamin A and E as well as anti-oxidants, all of which are absorbed by the skin. The oil from sunflower seeds is perfect for helping the skin retain moisture, and it also provides a natural barrier of protection against bacterial which can start blemishes.
Olive Oil is rich in vitamin E, which is directly absorbed by the skin. It is also anti-inflammatory, and its lipid structure is very similar to the skins, and so is easily absorbed. Finally, there has been some research to show that the use of olive oil has anti-cancer effects.
Coconut oil helps to keep the soap from getting to hard, and produces a great lather.
