The hat measures 5" in diameter and is covered with a sequin printed blue ultra-suede fabric. Eco-felt in a soft grey color lines the cocktail hat making it comfortable to wear, and a 1" alligator clip is securely fastened to the back for easy placement on the head. The lightning bolt approximately 6" long and is covered with a silver glitter to give it that electric punch! To ensure the glitter stays on the lightning bolt, it has been sprayed with a clear top coat.
