These hats are lovingly hand cut from paper and hand decorated. They are then laminated for durability and embelished with faux fur. They attach to your head or the head of your child with a thin elastic.
Your hat comes fully assembled and ready to use. Simply curve and attach at the velcro strip.
One size fits most.
When the party is over, simply detach the velcro and lay flat to store.
