Condition: the zipper ends about 1/2" below the top of the waist band. you could easily add a metal hook and eye if it bothered you, but functions fine as it is. a few small breaks in the lace, nothing i would really call a 'hole' though. there are a few sort of dark greenish spots (pictured) they are on the front and back. they are hard to spot unless the light catches them just right, which is good since that makes them not very noticeable but i may have missed some.
