These delicate, lightweight earrings are the perfect items to go with your little black dress.
Part of my Frivolite Gothique Collection, these have been hand tatted in high quality black cotton thread. The design comes from my Christina pendant that I have decreased in size. Each features one black Czech glass teardrop bead hanging delicately at the base. The top is attached to two silver plated split rings, which then hangs from a sterling silver fish hook earwire.
Each earring is just under 1 inch (25mm) wide by slightly over 1 1/4 inches (33mm) long (including the split rings and bead). A miniscule amount of diluted PVA glue has been used to secure the ends of the cotton threads.
