Prudence's body is made of stuffed muslin that has been gessoed, hand painted, and then sanded and antiqued to give her a primitive look. Her arms and legs are jointed with hand stitched elbows and knees. She is sealed with a clear acrylic matte sealer.
Prudence's face and hair are sculpted from Paperclay that was then sanded, hand painted, and antiqued. Her dress is made of coffee stained tan calico with antique lace hand sewn around the neckline. (I found the lace in a quaint antique shop in rural Ontario, Canada.) The dress closes in the back with hand sewn hook and eyelets.
Prudence will come to you signed and dated.
