I have taken my Grandmother's scratch pumpkin pie recipe and translated it into a mini tart. Perfect for sharing with some friends, a little snack for yourself or placing out for a fall get together.
These ABSOLUTELY may be frozen in a bag and taken out a few hours before serving. I would also suggest 10-20 seconds in your micro, then dolloped with fresh whipped creme to make a super sensational treat for any party.
