4 of the signatures are wrapped in handmade paper lending it a raw, hand torn texture
Pages will lay flat for easy writing/mark making and also accommodates lefties and righties
The text block is bound directly to the leather with natural linen thread

All steps in the creation of this journal were approached the old world way using hand tools: awl, needle & thread, ruler, bone folders, manual hole punch & a steel blade. Made with careful consideration for the environment and lots of love slipped between the covers
