I started by tea-dying two different kinds of cotton lace that make up the base of this gorgeous piece!
The bottom layer features antique gold satin ribbon, seqins, glittered faux peacock feathers and tulle!
The top layer of this beauty has all manner of Swarovski crystals in different sizes and complementing colors atop a fluffy spray of tulle!
This beauty sits atop a matching elastic headband.
Can be dressed up or down depending on your mood, it will make you sparkle!
