I love these little white pumpkins because they are so cute with traditional Halloween colors but are beautiful with other color schemes as well; pastels, burgundy and white, crimson, white and black, soft blues and lavenders... The insides can be carved out and then they can be used as tealight holders. I take a Dremel tool or nail and poke multiple holes into the pumpkins to make twinkling candle holders.
Alternatively, the interior can be scooped out to hold pumpkin souffle's or other savory fall dishes--applesauce, fruit compotes, bread puddings--for individual servings in the shell.
