October is a beautiful time of year in Kansas. The awful heat of summer has passed, we have deep blue skies, brilliant fiery leaves and crisp cool weather. In the Flinthills, even our treeless tall grass prairie changes colours! As you drive west through the state this time of year you will be treated to vast expanses of deep golden-copper tinged with a deep purple hue waving in the south wind. In this collection, I have combined amethyst rounds with glorious coppery leaves and wire to bring a bit of the autumnal prairie magic to you:)

This piece is open at the back and can be pinned into virtually any size or shape of hairdo, there are also loops on either end to attach ribbons or even a veil if so desired- it is a very versatile piece. Our wire is nickel free and has a non-tarnish coat that makes it easy to wear even for allergy sufferers.
