I love Christmas and my girls have always loved having something to countdown on, even as teenagers. I thought a Christmas Countdown magnet board would be a cute idea and came up with this. I made enough number tags to count down for 25 days. (This means you get 1 through 0 and an additional 1 and 2.)

The paper is mod podged onto the metal and then mod podged (love the stuff!) on top for protection and durability. I cold laminated (Xyron) the number tags so they would be a little more wear proof. That means they will be ok if sticky chocolate covered baby hands help with the count down, or even if sticky chocolate covered adult hands help.

Have you guessed what this is made on? It is actually a pan. That's right. I have taken a basic cookie sheet and craftied it up into a really cute Christmas Countdown.

This measures 15" x 10" and the inner portion is 12 3/4" x 8 7/8".

Each number tag is 5" x 3" and has a black grosgrain ribbon at the top.

There is dark brown grosgrain ribbon and a fun eyelash ribbon on the board. The countdown can be hung from the trio of ribbon at the top. There is black grograin, a fun fuzzy green and a woven multi color.

Bring in the holiday with a little fun and something really cute. Let the Countdown begin!
