Each circle is spaced slightly apart on a sewn strand of cotton/polyester thread making it a strong and durable decoration that you can use for years to come.

One or two packages of garland usually costs around $3.00 to ship. The remainder of shipping costs are attributed to Etsy & Paypal listing and transaction fees.
