If you love red roasted pepers as much as me and my family do, at some point you have to paint your peppers before you roast them, and one Sunday I did just that. This plate of "red roast peppers," as my mother likes to call them, evokes for me the pop art style of Keith Haring -- an artist I really, really like.
This painting is stretched on canvas and would be a fabulous centerpiece for any kitchen or dining room.
