Welcome, my friends, to the Yellow Bug Boutique House of Horrors! Bwahahaha! Here's a small sample of the ghastly things that await you inside.
This was originally a simple black pillow. But one night, a car occupied by a teen-age couple broke down in a thunderstorm across from our mansion. Bravely (but foolishly), the young man ran through the cold, driving rain and used the massive bronze door knockers to call for help. Klong, klong, I can still hear the desperate banging of the knockers as we hurried to the door.
"Come in", we said. "Don't be alarmed by the variety of HUGE ELECTRODES AND WIRES that nearly fill the room. We're, um, ham radio enthusiasts! Yes! Ham radio enthusiasts, and these are our antennae!"
"You must be able to talk to Mars with these things," he said.
Such impertinence will not go unpunished, we thought to ourselves, and smiled.
We motioned to the couch and asked the young man to sit while we fetched the phone. This pillow - THIS VERY PILLOW - was resting on the arm of the chair. The young man placed his hand on the pillow, and then...
A secret button was pushed - a huge flash of lightning - a deafening crash of thunder - and the young man was gone! An eerie haze of thin smoke filled the room.
Then we saw it! This pillow bore the burned-in impression of his hand and forearm! It's the last thing anyone ever saw of the young man.
But we ate well that evening... bwahahaha!
