This beautiful 'In My Mother's Garden Cushion' Cushion has been lovingly hand made by my talented Mum. I wish I could crochet like her.
The flowers are crocheted not from knitting wool but tapestry wool and the background is low pile velvet, front and back. The velvet is an unusual color, kind of donkey grey with a tough of dusty rose. If you place it with browns it brings out the natural tones, while pink objects it bring out the oyster/rose colour.
I need to confirm the measurements with my Mum, but I'm pretty sure it is around 50x50cm or 20x20".
It is an amazingly lovely piece, hope it goes to a good home.
Sold without filling.
