A frieze is a pieze of art/decor added to walls or buildings to give it an extra glamour. Many castles and offical buildings in France have this type of decor.
The artwork is made of cast plaster in a floral design.
It does have a hook at the back to hang it up.

Condition:
This item is still in good condition. It does have some small chips on the front but the blend in to the artwork so hard to see(see photos).
The rest of the 'chips' bends and knocks are just part of this item. The back has some scratches.
There are a few small rust marks.
There is a large 'chip on the top left corner' but it is not a chip, it is just how it was made.
I could stare at this forever! It is so french and so beautiful.
Shipping is high because I need to package it well.
