Crocheted Silk Cuff with Embroidered Bone and Pearls, Black Silk Cuff with Mixed Media, Art Cuff, Deluxe Gift for Her, OOAK. A very special crocheted silk cuff with an embroidered bone centerpiece and lots of pearls, mother of pearl beads and disks--it is one of a kind! Joyous and carefree, this lustrous jumble of mother of pearl and pearls crocheted into and captured by over 10 feet of black silk chain. The original embroidered black bone medallion is just over 1" diameter. My own design, shades of golden olive and white contrast beautifully with black and the bright silk stitches on the black bone just glow.

Will fit wrists up to 7" and closes with a silver plated pin clasp for easy on and off. The stretchy quality of the silk chain gently conforms to the wrist in this substantial and comfy silky bracelet.

Inspiration for these pieces includes nods and references to various tribal and more primitive materials and aesthetics, but with a distinctly modern edge. Many of these pieces begin with a carved bone focal point and evolve from there. This 1 1/4" pierced bone medallion has been dyed black-a perfect foil for salmon pink and golden stitches.

Heavy American-made silk is completely hand washable (as are the other parts of this original design construction) with mild soap and then laid flat to dry like a fine scarf or gloves.

All WillOaks Studio pieces are packaged in decorative cotton filled boxes or cloth bags, all ready to give or to keep.
