INSTRUCTIONS WHEN ORDERING:
Please let me know the following information in the 'Note from Buyer' location when you place your order:
1) Which faux fur color: white, ivory, cream or black
If you are unable to supply me with the order details at check out, no problem. I will send you a follow up email requesting it. I cannot start creating your order without these details. It takes 4 business days to create and ship.
STOLE DESIGN:
The stole is 72 inches long and THREE grooved rows wide which equals 7.5 to 9 inches wide depending on the faux fur color.
It is made of acrylic faux fur and lined with matching crepe back satin.
The stole should be hand washed gently in cold water and line dried.

RETURN POLICY FOR THIS ORDER:
Your happiness is my goal but if for any reason you would like to return the item it must be returned within two weeks in its original unworn condition with all tags still attached. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping cost. All Shipping cost and all related customs duty, taxes and fees are not refundable.

Information regarding US SHIPMENTS:
I use UPS ground service or USPS Priority Mail for all US shipments. My choice.
CA residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax. It usually takes UPS or USPS up to 5 days to deliver your parcel. I ship out garments Monday-Friday only excluding holidays and weekends. If for any reason you return the item it must be returned within two weeks in its original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Shipping cost are not refundable.
Information regarding INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
International shipments are sent US Postal Service Priority Mail. It is the responsibility for international buyers to pay ALL import duty, tax and fees which may be collected by your country when your parcel arrives. Also, you the buyer are responsible for the additional collection fee which is charged if you are not at home to receive the parcel. It usually takes the USPS 6 - 10 days to deliver your package. This delivery time frame does not include any extra time customs holds your parcel. I ship out garments Monday-Friday only excluding US recognized holidays and weekends. If for any reason you return the item it must be returned within two weeks in its original unworn condition with all tags still attached.
