This tutu is made made to order for babies in sizes newborn - 12 months. When placing your order please just leave me a message letting me know what size you will need made. I use more than 75 feet of black and red tulle in each tutu. The waistband is made using elastic for comfort, and to give the baby room to grow. This tutu being modeled in the picture is size 0-3 months.
