I made this beautiful double layer tutu skirt from 15 yards of delicate peach matte (non-shiny) sheer tulle! Peach is so flattering and works for so many occasions. Hand finished at the waist with 3 yards of ivory double face satin ribbon that ties in a bow at the back or in the front. The ribbon waist band sits at your true waist and has a little give for tightening at the back. I make these in a standard 25" length, but I can accommodate custom length requests. Elastic waist for comfort.
I am including a peach sheer lace (non-stretch) OR solid peach taffeta (non-stretch) under skirt (a separate piece) for underneath.
This is perfect for a prom, engagement photos, cocktail party, bridesmaid ensemble or performance.
