The active ingredients are the essential oils. These oils have anti-bacterial qualities, so you'll still sweat, but the sweat doesn't stink. If you're looking for a extra strength deodorant, please try my Fresh Scent, Exotic, Lemongrass, or Lavender Rosemary. Also keep in mind that different essential oils work differently for different people, so you may have to try a few kinds before you find the right one for your body chemistry.
