The Brooklyn Bridge.

In 1883 it was the longest suspension bridge in the world. It connected the City of Brooklyn with New York City. (Brooklyn didn't become a borough of New York until 13 years later). It is a marvel of architecture and engineering even to this day and an unmistakable fixture of the New York skyline.

These letterpress cards feature an intricate line drawing of the famous Brooklyn Bridge letterpress blind debossed (printed with a deep impression but no ink) at the top of the card. The rest of the card is blank leaving plenty of space for your notes to friends and loved ones. They are printed on Crane’s Lettra “Pearl White” paper, using a foot-powered 1889 press.

Each card measures 5.5 inches x 4.25 inches and comes with a matching envelope, in a set of 10.

If you would like this card set personalized with your name, please convo me and I'd be happy to do a custom order.
