This is a close-up portrait of my "Holly 21st Century", the first in my new series of American Women Matryoshka (aka- babushka, nesting doll, Russian doll, stacking doll)! Holly is a beautiful, bright, American woman who embodies the handmade movement of today. I was inspired by the real Holly Embry of HollyRocks.etsy.com (also HollyRocksJewelry.blogspot.com). We have become friends through Etsy and our blogs. She has a generous and kind spirit that resonates through everything she does and all her interactions. With a degree in education, she shares her entrepreneurial knowledge with others by teaching a class about how to start an Etsy shop at a local community college. Holly was kind enough to allow me to draw her portrait as my 21st Century American Woman Matryoshka. Thank you Holly and bravo! This print is printed in-house on archival matte paper with an inkjet printer and high quality inks for beautiful color that resists fading. The paper size is 8.5" x 11" with a white border around image. Shown here in an acrylic box frame, FRAME NOT INCLUDED.

I sign and date all prints on the back, seal in a cello sleeve and place in a sturdy envelope for mailing. I will send you an Etsy convo to let you know I’ve mailed your package. Normally I ship all non custom items within 2 days of receiving payment (unless one of those days is a US national holiday when post offices are closed). Saturday orders will be shipped on Monday.
