It's an off-white (not from age) with, depending on the light, reddish brown & orange, or plum and bright orange.
The plate measures 12" in diameter and the cigarette holders are about 4" wide.
This is so cool, who cares about smoking? Spare your lungs. It makes an excellent decor piece.
There is minor crazing and yellowing as to be expected with age, and it is fantastic condition - no chips! Let me know if you have any questions.
Note the dimple shown in the close-up of the cigarette rest is part of the natural ceramic process and not a chip in the exterior.
