Although it's fairly wide at the front (approx 8mm), it tapers towards an open back, which is not only comfortable to wear, but also allows for slight adjustment.

I've made it just under 5cm which I believe to be an average ladies size, however if you would like a custom made toe ring to fit a particular toe, then please just let me know what length you would like me to make at checkout.
