Their mission: "..is not to re-build Polaroid Integral film but (with the help of strategic partners) to develop a new product with new characteristics, consisting of new optimized components, produced with a streamlined modern setup. An innovative and fresh analog material, sold under a new brand name that perfectly will match the global re-positioning of Integral Films." From the impossible project website.
Don’t you think its time to renew you Love Affair with Instant Photography?
This Camera is the Polaroid One Step Sonar Pronto sx-70 Instant Camera. Built in the 1970's. It takes SX-70 type film. Camera is in great condition, lens is clear, film door opens, Camera seems to work. I do not have any film so I cannot verify that it works.
YOU CAN GET FILM for this camera. The Impossible Project will be rolling out new film in mid 2010. They currently have some limited addition version of most popular formats (100 type, SX-70 type, Spectra Type)
Currently you can find film on Ebay and soon it will be available.
