I began making lids on my mugs because I hated how my coffee would get cold while I worked. A lidded mug, particularly one made of stoneware which naturally retains heat, was my solution. The lid can also be used as a saucer to hold your spoon, teabag, even a couple of cookies. The mug is microwave and dishwasher safe. It was thrown on the wheel in white stoneware and glazed in a denim blue. The handle is designed to comfortably fit even the largest hand. The cup holds about 10 ounces of your favorite brew.
