The width of the titanium can be extended in order to make the ring up to 12 mm wide, at no extra cost. (The titanium edges pictured is 1.5 mm wide. For instance if you choose a 9 mm wide ring, the dimensions would be as follows: 1.5 mm Titanium/ 6 mm wide Meteorite/ 1.5 mm Titanium).
The last picture shows a Gold Meteorite ring, I am only trying to show you the rounded profile. Please ignore the fact that it is Gold.
The crystal structure of this meteorite is a classic example of fine octahedrite and the Widmanstatten pattern aesthetically appreciated both by collectors and jewel designers.
Gibeon is a meteorite fallen in prehistoric times in Namibia. It was named after the nearest town: Gibeon (Namibia).
The Meteorite Inlay shows a fantastic Widmanstatten pattern and is solid, NO JOINTS.
It has been etched with an acid to reveal the characteristic patterns, or Widmanstatten figures, of iron meteorites. No two etched meteorites will have the exact same pattern.
