Dates from the Aesthetic Era which ran from approx. 1850 -1899. This was an era when the Oriental influence became the rage. Pieces had a satin finish with naturalistic themes and long legs.
Good condition with heavy tarnish and one small dent in the lid. Overall very nice for its age.
11 1/2" tall x 9 1/2" wide from spout to handle.
