We have the traditional men's t in small, medium and large, as well as women's cut large (medium is sold out at the moment).

The men's small accommodates a 36" bust, and men's medium accommodates a 40" bust. I am a 36" bust and I wear the women's large t very happily.
Shirts can be washed in a cold wash on the delicate cycle. Be nice to them, and they will last you for years!
