This halter swing dress is made of navy cotton, with upper front bodice in red & white striped cotton with white cotton straps. It hooks up at back neck, and has a back zipper closure. The skirt is a full gathered style. It comes with a 2" wide red D-ring belt.
This dress will be custom made to fit the buyers measurements.
