I know you love the Madhatter as much as I do! This gorgeous lady's full size top hat is made from scratch using buckram and wire construction. I've used this mesmerizing turquoise dupion silk shantung, adorned with a striking black tulle with huge white dots, which ties in a luxurious bow at the back and flows over your hair! Three beautiful hat pins give that extra "je ne sais quoi"! Fully line with black satin. Attaches with a thin elastic to have the perfect angled look!
