A capelet-come-cardigan, inspired by fairy tales and dreams of Fall romps through the woods with animal friends. Wear over a tank top as the evenings grow cooler, or over long sleeves into early Winter. A shoulder-skimming neckline, a cropped body, and a single button closure all add up to a sweet and flirty cardigan that wants to be a capelet.

Finished Size: to fit a 30-32 (33-36, 37-40, 41-44, 45-48, 49-52)” bust circumference.

Yarn: Garnstudio Drops Alpaca (100% alpaca; 196 yd {180 m}/50g): 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 5) balls; shown in col #3800

Needle: 3.5 mm (US4): 32 - 40” circ and 4 or 5 dpn. 3 mm (US2½): 2 dpn. You’ll also need a 2nd circ of same size or smaller for turning collar edge.
