What a great old container! I took a look at the current Pounce containers (it's still around)...let's just say it really is too bad they didn't keep this design.
As you can see, it does show some wear. It is a metal canister with a paper label. Over time, it has been scuffed, scratched and marked up just a bit. The metal exposed on the top and bottom show some rusting.
I honestly don't know if anything is left inside. I just left it as it was found- closed!
You probably wouldn't want to use it now anyway- but it sure will look great sitting on display!
