This hat may just be my favorite and will be hard to part with. I made it using a black felt mini stovepipe hat base which I covered with the decayed red and black monster melt fabric. Then I added a fishnet-like black matte netting-mesh which wraps around the brim. To this I added a velvet ribbon hat band with chording details. I created and added to the front a small fabric flower with a pewter skull and cross bones charm in the center. To the back I added a fabulous black ostrich feather along with several additional black hand curled Turkey marabou feathers cascading up the crown and down off the back brim of the hat. To top it off I added a handmade fabric bow centered with another pewter Skull and Cross Bones charm. The underside of the hat is finished off with a black satin lining.
This hat is very glam. Perfect for a party night out.
This hat is 6" wide and 4" tall.
Hat has a hair comb attached to the underside for holding it to your head. You can wear it all day and hardly know it's there.
