This handmade baby quilt measures approx. 38"x48" and made with japanese double gauze fabric from Kokka, Japan and organic cotton batting.
The front is from Nani Iro 2010 Collection: Nani Iro Pocho—gray and yellow and the modern patchwork strip on the back is created with Kei Honeycomb and Kona Solids. It is machine quilted with gray and yellow cotton threads. Binding in gray and yellow is machine stitched to the front and back.
The quilt is super soft and cozy for baby's delicate skin. As two layers of cotton gauze are stitched together (almost invisibly!), it makes the fabric passes air freely while it is not sheer like a single layer of gauze any more.
The lightweight organic batting and soft cotton fabric will give your baby a comfort when used for snuggling or going out for a walk in a stroller.
This item is MADE TO ORDER. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks prior to shipping.
All fabric is pre-washed to prevent further shrinkage. Upon completion of the quilt, I washed it in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dried on low heat.
