This is my favorite piece right now! I created a twist on my signature polymer clay anatomically correct heart by sculpting it in creepy, oozy colors. The heart consists of a neon green body, blue arteries, and fat deposits in dark green and putrid yellow. Just check out all those tiny details. I added a dark wash to bring out the texture, and brushed a protective clear glaze on top. The heart is mounted on a rope-textured chain that is plated silver over brass. It closes with a unique pinch clasp adorned with a montana blue Swarovski crystal. Perfect monster style!
Heart measures 1 and 1/2 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Chain is 16 inches long, and can be clasped anywhere along the links.
