This kit contains coriander seeds, cut lemongrass, whole chili peppers, organic sliced ginger, star anise, sliced galanga, kaffir lime leaves and organic whole white pepper. I love this little kit because it contains the typically hard to find items, like sliced galanga and dried kaffir lime leaves.
