This is a beautiful and unique Halloween Costume.
The Lil' Scarecrow is made out of orange, yellow and brown tulle with lots of colorful ribbon. Our tutus are beautifully hand crafted with incredible attention to detail.
The set includes the halter tutu dress, a hat with raffia, and a crow wand. The hat is as shown in the picture and the wand is also shown with dangling ribbon.
This halter dress will grow with your princess since she can use it as a halter dress now and as she grows, she can use it as a tutu skirt.
All items are made in a smoke free home.
All our items that are made with ribbon are sealed to prevent fraying.
