Voyager Meerkat trekkies show their rank by collar pips, and wear communicator badges on their chests. Their uniform is subtly different - Voyager crew wear grey turtle necks under their black sweaters, with shoulder sections in the colour of their particular discipline. Tuvok wears mustard yellow and has darker fur than his fellow bridge officers.
Tuvok's back legs and tail have been wired to allow him to stand at "red alert" : after all, he is a security meerkat. He is approximately 7" tall (18cm).
