Have you ever worked on a project that was doing a number on you? This piece kept evolving as I cut, wrapped, and soldered, moving further away from Elegant to my home-away-from-home: Whimsy. (Why, Whimsy? Why?!?) Oh well, I guess we all steer towards what we know best.
Here's a little trivia fact (a la Pop-Up Video) for the lucky person who purchases this votive. This votive has been built twice. I put it all together, took it all apart (no, not just for the fun of it), and put it back together again. Moral of the story: stick with the materials that are tried and true (i.e. don't buy a different flux just because it's on sale!).
