Inspired by a Victorian claw and ball hat-pin that belonged to my great-grandmother. The pendent is a genuine preserved bird talon. The foot has been professionally prepared and will remain unchanged indefinitely if cared for properly. Pendent is fitted with a chrome foot cap and strung on a black satin cord (22") From a legal common upland game bird.
As with everything I sell, no animals were killed for the purpose of creating the items I offer. I only use animal materials that would otherwise be thrown away. I believe wasting any part of an animal is disrespectful to Mother Nature, so I recycle every single piece I possibly can.
