This lovely vintage hat is a black circle whimsy covered with a crepe like (or chiffon) fabric with a pattern of branches and dots in fuzzy chenille. It has an almost flawless veil with chenille dots at the top center and in the front. The top of the hat is open (covered with netting), and its sides are tall so that it looks like a regular pillbox hat from the sides.

This elegant hat is in excellent condition, with virtually no flaws in the fabric or veil (the veil is a little wrinkled, but can be steamed to straighten it out). It's very comfortable to wear and would be marvelous for a party.

Size: The hat measures about 21 inches (53.3 cm) around the inside bottom. It is about 2 1/2 inches tall (6.3 cm).
