THE SKIRT IS MADE OF A 3D ROSE TEXTILE AND WAS FIRST MADE FOR SUSIE'S WEDDING (HENCE THE NAME OF THE DRESS). TO PULL IN THE WAIST LINE I USED CHIFFON TO ACCENT THE FABRICATIONS OF THE DRESS.
