Bella Puzzles are in high demand. I create a limited number of puzzles each month.
Rush orders are sometimes accepted. A rush fee will apply.
INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped USPS Express unless otherwise arranged. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. I do not have any control over customs and the packages they randomly inspect, and packages I ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.

I recommend you get enough pieces for at least 70% of your guest list. (e.g. 70 pieces for a guest list of 100 people.) SPECIAL PIECES FOR PERSONALIZATION
I can make puzzle pieces in the shape of letters and numbers, and in many other familiar shapes. I will also be happy to make your entire puzzle in the shape of your choice (see option 5).
Choose TWO of the following options:
1. Two names
2. The couple’s initials
3. Event date
4. Two figure pieces (ex: heart, leaf, animal, or state)
5. A decorative edge or a shape for your puzzle (States, trees, hearts, and countries are good choices)
NOTE ABOUT SPECIAL PIECES
Special pieces are smaller than the sign-able pieces. I design and locate the special pieces so the puzzle guest book can be used and displayed with or without them. Displaying the puzzle without its special pieces often looks more interesting and makes the puzzle more challenging (fun) to assemble. Your puzzle's special pieces are carefully packaged and are included with your puzzle in its box.

- You purchase your Bella Puzzle on Etsy and provide instructions for personalization in the "message to seller" text box during checkout.
- I confirm details and timing of order with you.
- I design and create your puzzle.
- I ship the puzzle to you with USPS Priority Mail (insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation are included).
- Guests at your event sign the puzzle pieces. There is space on each piece for a name and short message.
